It's been a long wait for something new from David Gilmour Girls, whose epic 'Heavy Metal Music Magazines' was one of my favourites of last year.



A follow-up single is now ready for release on Headman's Relish Records. Although there's more synth & less grunge on this one, it's another ever-evolving wall of sound to lose yourself in. It's drugged up & tranced out.

They deserve a bit more attention... hopefully this single will get them it.

Is it just me, or has Hype Machine become far less useful these days? There are now so many blogs listed that seeing the newly updated list rarely unearths a track I want to check out... and the 'popular' list is always full of stuff that's either 6 months old, or off 'big' new albums I don't have much interest in listening to.
